My policy is to:
1) List only sites I actually read. I can read only a limited number of blogs a day.
2) Refuse link exchange requests.
3) Require no reciprocal link. Link Bon Appegeek only because you want to.
4) Link only blogs that link other blogs. Support the blogging community.
